1. Introduction

Welcome to Play Fiesta (the "Site", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Play Fiesta and govern your access to and use of play-fiesta.com and any related content. By accessing the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, please leave the Site immediately.

2. Nature of the service

Play Fiesta is a free social gaming platform offering casino-style entertainment games — including Plinko Drop, Mines Gold, Crash X and Hi-Lo Cards — that use exclusively virtual in-game currency ("virtual coins"). The Site is provided strictly for entertainment purposes.

Play Fiesta is not a gambling operator and does not facilitate gambling under the Gambling Act 2005 of the United Kingdom. No real money is paid in, no real money or prize is paid out, and no consideration is required to play. As such, the Site falls outside the scope of UK gambling regulation. 3. Eligibility & age

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use Play Fiesta. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We display a mandatory age-gate on first visit and reserve the right to deny access to anyone reasonably believed to be under eighteen.

The Site is targeted at residents of the United Kingdom. If you access it from another jurisdiction, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

4. Virtual coins

Virtual coins are a fictional in-game unit used to play the games on the Site. They:

• are awarded for free and can be refilled at no cost at any time;
• have no monetary or real-world value whatsoever;
• cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, withdrawn or sold for money, goods, services or any item of value;
• are not your property, are not held in a wallet, and do not represent a balance with us;
• are stored locally in your browser and may be reset, lost, or deleted if you clear your browser data or switch device.

Any apparent "winnings" of virtual coins are purely cosmetic and exist only within the game. We make no representation that virtual coins will be available indefinitely, in any quantity, or with any particular function.

5. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree to use Play Fiesta in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws. You will not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to manipulate the Site or its game logic;
• use the Site to publish, transmit or disseminate unlawful, defamatory, harmful or infringing material;
• use any automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the Site, except for accepted accessibility tools;
• create the false impression that any virtual coin balance is convertible into real value.

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Play Fiesta — including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, code, game design, and the "Play Fiesta" name and branding — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation, is prohibited without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of Play Fiesta is limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100). Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, the law, or industry best practice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
